VCF UI is not accessible and shows blank page

Issue/Introduction

VCF UI is not accessible.

Upon checking sddcManagerServer.log we see below error messages

Error Info: {"errorModule":100,"errorCode":108} caused by: : VError: Primary psc init failed and failover psc init also failed: Unable to retrieve iDP Metadata: Non-whitespace before first tag.

Environment

SDDC Manager 4.5.2

vCenter Server 7.0 Update 3t

Cause

The /storage/log directory on VC was 100% full due to syslog files as mentioned in the kb https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleNumber=301918

Resolution

1. We need to clear the syslog files to make free space or we can also increase the partition size

2. After we have sufficient space on vCenter server restart the SDDC services 

/opt/vmware/vcf/operationsmanager/scripts/cli/sddcmanager_restart_services.sh

3. After service restart the SDDC UI will be accessible and inventory will be loaded.
