The CA 7 became unresponsive from the resulting abend. What would be the proper action to address this?

The CA 7 freezes or unresponsiveness could be caused by a security access error, as the 'QUIESCE OFF' processes did not occur or complete using the DBUTLITY program.
To restore the Datacom Dictionary database to actual state, Quiesce Off Datacom using modified OS command: /F datacom task name,QUIESCE OFF to resolve the issue.
