VCF 9.0 Installer bringup workflow fails during the "Validate & Deploy" phase at the "ESXi Host Configuration" task with error - "ESX Host Configuration Validation Failed"

Issue/Introduction

While attempting to run the VCF 9.0 Installer bringup workflow, it fails during the "Validate & Deploy" phase at the "ESXi Host Configuration" task with this error - 

ESX Host Configuration Validation Failed

This error is observed in the log /var/log/vmware/vcf/domainmanager/domainmanager.log -

VCF 9.0

Cause

There is a storage issue being encountered by the workflow, in that the expected datastores are not able to be opened.

Resolution

Resolve the underlying storage issue, and retry the workflow.
