While attempting to run the VCF 9.0 Installer bringup workflow, it fails during the "Validate & Deploy" phase at the "ESXi Host Configuration" task with this error -

There is a storage issue being encountered by the workflow, in that the expected datastores are not able to be opened.
Resolve the underlying storage issue, and retry the workflow.
