Toolbars display while they should not

Issue/Introduction

When we work with Action Diagram, some toolbars display while they should not. For example the Model Editor toolbar

How they toolbars can be set to automatically display with the Plex IDE windows instead of displaying all the time?

Environment

CA Plex 7.2.1 and higher

Resolution

Please perform the following

• Launch Plex
• Go to  Menu "View -> Toolbar...", the below configuration will launch and you can set the settings to Auto
  
  
  

Additional Information

Please note 

1. Keep the option "Auto", so that only required toolbars will be displayed and that is based on the Plex IDE's currently active Window.
2. In case of "Always - Show", Plex IDE always shows the toolbars.
3. In case of "Always - Hide", Plex IDE always hides the toolbars.
