AAM ACF2MFA start on z/OS 3.1 it hangs the system

Issue/Introduction

After z/OS 3.1 upgrade, attempted to test AAM where ACF2MFA came up and initialized. Tried logging on, and when prompted for six digit code, session hung after supplying code and  hitting enter. 

Resolution

Verify the following:

• CCS PTF LU11196 is applied and deployed to the working lpars.

• The following is the cksum that a site should see for the j2zsdk.jar:

  $ cksum j2zsdk.jar                    
  3401103727      17614   j2zsdk.jar
