View Metrics Report contain no Audit entries from Webview access to the View database

Issue/Introduction

SMF recording was setup for View some time ago and its working completely fine except there are no entries related to Webviewer access.

Environment

MAS environment consisting of 4 LPARS all View databases run on one LPAR

Webviewer version 14.0

SMF data is gathered for all LPARS and combined into a weekly file 

Using Type 128 SMF records for VIEW.

ACF2 External security 

Cause

ACF2 security environment was not set up correctly 

Resolution

The following had not been set up :-  

RECKEY BPX ADD( SMF UID(userid) SERVICE(READ) ALLOW).

Where the userid is the user logging onto Webviewer.
