Emails from default templates are coming through to customer's email.  However custom templates are not arriving at all

Environment

DX OI On-Prem 24.1

Resolution

TEMPLATE_SENDER AND TEMPLATE_REPLY_TO IN dxi-adminui pod were set to Broadcom domain and not the customer's domain.

Once we modified the environment variables inside the dxi-adminui pod to the customer's domain, new emails started arriving.
