CloudHealth sign in via the VMWare CSP (Cloud Service Portal) fails after August 31, 2025

Issue/Introduction

A small number of users accessed CloudHealth through the VMWare Cloud Service Portal at https://console.tanzu.broadcom.com/
This authentication method is being fully deprecated as of August 31, 2025 in favor of direct login to the CloudHealth application.  

Environment

CloudHealth users accessing the product via CSP login and tile. 

Cause

This is a planned transfer of the authentication service from CSP to direct.

Resolution

Users who were accessing CloudHealth via logging in to the Cloud Service Portal (CSP) and selecting the CloudHealth tile should contact their internal admin and refer them to the Knowledge Article at Migration from Cloud Service Portal to CloudHealth
