SYSVIEW Performance Management Option for DB2 for z/OS

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Sysview Performance Management Option for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2) and then entering 'IS' to get
into Sysview for Db2 from the Db2 Tools for z/OS main menu encounters the error condition:

DBG55000E-SECURITY FILE NOT FOUND OR BEING EDITED BY ADMINSTRATOR
DBG55043E ACCESS TO CA SYSVIEW FOR DB2 REFUSED BY SECURITY

Cause

The problem was caused by the INSIGHT CLIST having the wrong allocation for the SYSPARMS(IDUIPRMS) member.
This IDUIPRMS member is where the Security File is referenced for the user interface, and it had the wrong Security File specified.

Resolution

Issue the command 'TSO ISRDDN' from the Db2 tools main menu, and then 'M INSIGHT'.  Locate and browse the INSIGHT CLIST that is being invoked.
Ignore the INSIGHT member(s) that are found in CDBASKL0 (SPFSLIB) libraries and find the first one in the list from either the Db2 tools hlq.CDBACLS0(CLIST)
library or a .CLIST or .EXEC library found in your ISPF SYSPROC concatenation.

Browse this INSIGHT CLIST and confirm the accuracy of the library allocations.  Go to the hlq.SOURCE library being allocated
and review the IDUIPRMS member for the Security File allocation.  Make the necessary changes in either the INSIGHT CLIST
and/or in the IDUIPRMS member.
