Yes.
Web Viewer will work regardless of whether BPXK_DISABLE_SHLIB is enabled or not.
Web Viewer will still work regardless of the SHRLIBRGNSIZE limit value, or how full the amount becomes (including 100%).
Additional Information
BPXK_DISABLE_SHLIB can be used to affects the performance, but Web Viewer 14 will still work.
