Issue/Introduction

On Boot Server the file agt12w32.caz under C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\Server\SDBS\var\managedpc\agents is missing.
How to create it ?

Environment

Client Automation - All Versions

Resolution

  1. Stage the package "CA DSM Agent + Software Delivery plugin 14.5.0.153" to the Scalability server :




  2. After successful staging operation the file C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\Server\SDBS\var\managedpc\agents\agt12w32.caz should be created automatically :



  3. If it is not created restart the plugin sdmpcserver

    caf stop sdmpcserver
    caf start sdmpcserver
