SSL connection for Vantage Web Client when configured using AT-TLS.

Issue/Introduction

Could you please let me know if the Web Client can be configured using AT-TLS, and if so, what is the recommended parameters to use in the server.xml.

We have completed and tested the Web Client without encryption, and now we are configuring an encryption protocol. We have defined the keyring and the certificate, as well as AT-TLS in the policy agent.

However any attempt to access the server from a browser, I get a "Not Secure connection". 

Resolution

It is NOT possible to use both AT-TLS and SSL (https) at the same time, thus that is why http is required if AT-TLS is configured for the system.

If you need AT-TLS on z/OS for other applications then you will need to continue using the Vantage StoragePoint web client with http .

This configuration of AT-TLS is not in tomcat and it is on the mainframe, if "https" to be seen in the URL then AT-TLS need to be turned off.
