Deployments are failing to process ebs event bound to the Orchestrator workflow.

Issue/Introduction

The error generated in the UI complains about the workflow ID bound to the subscription with the error:

"Workflow with id '########-####-####-####-############' could not be found on endpoint 'https://<vRO_FQDN>:443'"

Environment

VMware Aria Automation 8.x

Cause

The workflow was replaced or overwritten by importing a package into the Aria Orchestrator.

Resolution

To workaround the issue, follow the steps below:

1. Created a snapshot of the environment.
2. Navigate to the subscription that is failing.
3. Edit the subscription, remove the related workflow, and add it back.
4. Save the subscription.
5. Validate the subscription is working and the related workflow is getting executed.
6. Consolidate the created snapshot.
