Issue/Introduction

• VMware Cloud Director catalog may contain two identical entries for an ISO.
• Name, date uploaded an owner are all identical.
• Attempts to delete the ISO from the UI results in: query did not return a unique result: 2.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director

Cause

A VM has the ISO still mounted.

Resolution

• Review the vApp / VMs in your environment to determine which VM is using the ISO.
• Open a case with Broadcom Support as DB queries will need to be run on the Database to determine which vApp / VM is using the ISO.
