Issue/Introduction

 Error while installing the DLP agent on layered VDI:

MSI (s) (74:14) [16:53:57:133]: Product: AgentInstall-x64_16_0 -- Error 2932.Could not create file C:\WINDOWS\Installer\{57751A13-132A-4964-9A28-F21986331EE5}\ARPPRODUCTICON.exe from script data. Error: 5.

Cause

The ARPPRODUCTICON.exe itself is not a DLP related executable - it is an MSI internal process used to set the product icon (as the name suggest ARP PRODUCT ICON). Error 5 means access denied. 

Resolution

Environmental issue, most likely correction of permission to the folder is needed.
