Question:

How can I find a list of the product knowledge documents for CA Datacom? I can find specific knowledge documents via internet search when I use relevant search words but how can I see a list of all available knowledge documents?

Answer:

Login to Support.ca.com and go to CA Datacom product home page at 

http://www.ca.com/us/support/ca-support-online/support-by-product/ca-datacom.aspx

On the product home page, scroll down to the section "Knowledge Base Articles".

The list will start with the most recently published knowledge documents.
