While patching Windows 2012 and 2016 servers with Microsoft security patches, the A2A client (v4.12.3) does not start after the server is rebooted. In the Windows Event Logs the following error exists:
The cspmclientd service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this X time(s).
The following files were deleted from the system:
x:\.......\cspm\cloakware\cspmclient\bin\lax.jar
x:\.......\cspm\cloakware\cspmclient\lib\cspmclient.jar
Once the above files were restored (from another working A2A Client on a Windows system), the A2A Client started successfully.
