Keep Original File Attributes not working on Unix Agent

Issue/Introduction

Since our agents have been upgraded from v12.3 to v21.0.13, the attributes of the file transfer are not correctly set anymore. We are transferring files from one AIX Server to another and the attributes of the files are lost. We use the option 'Keep Original File Attributes'-option but the attributes of the source files (664) are not set correctly on the destination (644).

The umask of the user is on both server 02.
