Starting with version 10.9.0, Symantec Messaging Gateway introduced REST API support. One of its key features is the ability to retrieve message audit logs for monitoring and analysis.
What is the maximum number of message audit logs that can be retrieved?

Resolution

Currently, the maximum number of audit logs retrievable per API request is 1000. If this limit changes in future releases, this article will be updated accordingly.
