Issue/Introduction

Error below is seen when creating/editing custom report.

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Environment

NFA: 24.3.9

OS: Windows

Cause

SSO is failing and throwing and exception while editing custom report. 

Resolution

Set SOAP HTTPS flag to FALSE in ApplyHTTPS config file which will allow RIB, ODATA, IIS WebSite and SSO to be in HTTPS however all internal IIS Web Service calls will be in HTTP.
