Issue/Introduction

I am trying to install and test the functionality of the new UIA agent in our environment.  I have created a Windows package, downloaded it, installed it on a Windows 2022 server but I am not seeing it in our tenant. 

It connected and is reporting in ACC

Resolution

The first line in the eleases\23.4.4.5\probes\gateway\o2_connector\o2_connector.log show this message

couldnt create connection with OI endpoint

 

Installed the telnet client on the server and ran

telnet apmgw.dxi-na1.saas.broadcom.com 443

 

telnet was unable to get any responds back so it looks like the server is unable to connect to O2 via port 443

 

Had added the proxy in the eleases\23.4.4.5\core\config\IntroscopeAgent.profile
