Operations Manager link in Cloud Director tenant portal fails to load with "It looks like the webpage might be having issues..."

Issue/Introduction

While attempting to load the Operations Manager tab in Cloud Director the page fails to load with "It looks like the webpage at https://<Operations Manager IP>/ui/##### might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new address".

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.x
Aria Operations 8.18.3
Aria Operations for Cloud Director management pack

Cause

Cloud Director does not trust Aria Operations' certificate.

Resolution

In Cloud Director go to the Provider portal -> Administration -> Trusted Certificates -> Test Connection -> type in "https://<Operations IP or FQDN>" and test the connection over HTTPS. Accept the certificate. Repeat for other Cloud Director sites if this is a multi-site configuration.
