"Encryption password is required because the backup is encrypted" error during vCenter VAMI restore

Issue/Introduction

When trying to restore the vCenter from VAMI backup you get an error message.

Environment

vCenter 7

vCenter 8

Cause

vCenter backup has been encrypted.  

Resolution

Obtain the encryption password and finish restoration.

If password cannot be obtained the backup cannot be used and you may need to find another solution or redeploy vCenter.
