Issue/Introduction

Issue:

The ProxyUI login page does not load logo images. It only loads the username and password fields.

Environment:

CA Access Gateway (Secure Proxy Server): All versions

Cause:

There are 2 possible causes for this issue:

1.       The location of the CA Single Sign-On “forms” directory has not been modified per the documentation.

2.       “.css” extension is missing in the IgnoreEXT parameter on the Agent Configuration Object (ACO) for SPS.

Resolution:

 1.       Beginning with CA Access Gateway v6.0, the default location of the CA Single Sign-On forms is no longer /siteminderagent/forms. To continue to use this location to serve forms, modify the CA Access Gateway forms location.

2.       Include the “.css” extension in the IgnoreEXT parameter of the ACO. Restart the SPS Proxy Engine service for changes to take effect. The parameter should look like this:

ignoreext=.class,.gif,.jpg,.jpeg,.png,.fcc,.scc,.sfcc,.ccc,.ntc,.sac,.css

Additional Information:

Details on how to do modify the forms location can be found at (section: Modify the Default Location of the CA Siteminder Forms):
