In following documentation Supported Patch Content list of supported Microsoft Operating System for security patches does not include recent Operating System like Windows 11, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2025
Are the recent Microsoft Operating Systems supported for Patch Manager Security patches published every month ?

Yes new Microsoft Operating Systems like Windows 11, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022 and Windows Server 2025 are supported and included in the Security Patches published every month.
Example :
