cdm generates duplicate alerts: alert count is going up by 2 in one interval

Issue/Introduction

cdm probe is generating duplicate alerts for default disk monitoring on some platforms, so that the alert count is going up by 2 in one interval.

This is not happening on every interval, but on a consistently regular basis.

Environment

• DX UIM 23.4.*
• cdm 6.* / 7.* /8.*

Cause

Reproducible defect related to the disk_status callback. In this case a custom probe was issueing this callback and causing the behavior described. 

Resolution

cdm-8.01-T5 contains a fix for this issue. Open a case with Broadcom support to obtain this fix.
