No free space in the vidm_schema.TOKEN_Token table in vCenter (Aria Operations)

Issue/Introduction

The vCenter DB is filling up with token-based authentication produced by the Orchestrator MP configured with vIDM in Aria Operations.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Cause

Token-based authentication is not supported by Aria Operations.
Aria Operations uses basic authentication method.

Resolution

A feature request has been opened to handle token-based authentication support with the Orchestrator MP.
There is currently no resolution.

Workaround:
Increase the collection interval by an hour in Aria Operations for the Orchestrator MP.
Go to Inventory Management --> Adapter Instances --> Select Orchestrator Adapter Instance --> Click on the edit (pencil) icon --> Advanced Settings --> Collection Interval (In Mins)
