Unable to run the audit report from admin ui.

Issue/Introduction

Problem: 

 

Following error is returned in WAM UI as admin attempted to run the audit report -- Audit -> Access Log - >Activity By User:

Error: An unexpected error has occurred. The exception originally thrown was: Unable to find servers in CMS Servername:6400 and cluster @Servername:6400 with kind fileserver and service FileStoreV2.All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator.(FWM 01014).

Environment:

12.52 Policy Server , 12.52 Admin Ui , CABI 3.x , Report Server 12.52

 

 

 

Cause:

 

InputFileRepository & OutputFileRepository servers were in the disabled state.

 

 

 

Resolution:

 

To Resolve this problem, open Report server machine, go into Central Management Console -->Servers and Enable the InputFileRepository & OutputFileRepository. Once done, try to generate reports again to confirm the solution.
