Issue/Introduction

The transfer to scalability Server, either when staging or deploying a package directly on the computer is extremely slow.

For example right when transferring a rather large binary to thescalability server and this is the current status:

Resolution

Set the 'Maximum Parcel Size' and 'Throttle Factor' for DTS

Change the following parameters:

DTS: Default maximum parcel size: 131072 -> 2097152

 DTS: Default throttle factor: 10 -> 0
