Web console fails for VMs with "Retrying" perpetually in VMware Cloud Director

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to use the web console for VMs in Cloud Director they will fail with only "Retrying" in the browser UI. If we check developer tools for the browser we can see errors for "Unable to acquire WebMKS ticket".

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.x

Cause

The vCenter for the VMs is disconnected from Cloud Director due to a change of user credentials.

Resolution

Re-connect the vCenter to Cloud Director. From the provider portal:
- Go to "Resources" -> "vCenter Instances".
- Select the vCenter that is disconnected and select "Reconnect"
- Provide the new credentials and connect. 
- Await confirmation and retry the web console.
