Metrics Count at Collector Level

Issue/Introduction

We've had situations where the number of total metrics for our Tenant increases substantially for a given month and we can't identify what specifically is causing the increases.

 

Request:

Implement a metrics count for the collector that's at folder level (such as kubernetes, cbc, then sub-folders underneath it.
