Issue/Introduction

VCF deployment/bringup is failing on the vCenter deployment portion: "VCF_ERROR_INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR Invocation of prefix '' part of task ConfigureVcFips in plugin VsphereContractPlugin failed with exception"

 

FIPS mode is enabled on the vCenter deployment. 

Cause

CloudBuilder queries vCenter services before they restart due to enabling FIPS on vCenter. 

Resolution

Re-try the VCF deployment now that vCenter services are running.
