Error synchronizing with Spectrum data source

Issue/Introduction

OneClick was reinstalled and we now see the following errors:

1) On the portal in <potalInstallDir>/DM/logs/DMService.log

INFO   | jvm 1    | <date> <time> | WARNING: Interceptor for {http://netqos.com/DataSourceWS}IDataSourceWSService#{http://netqos.com/DataSourceWS}DataSourceVersion has thrown exception, unwinding now

2) In the spectrum $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/catalina.out (Linux) SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/stdout.log (Windows) repeatedly:

3) Users are configured to authenticate via SAML in Spectrum.

Cause

The integration user is being authenticated via SAML

Resolution

The integration user needs to be configured to use basic authentication

Additional Information

In DX NetOps 24.3.10 and later, token based authentication is available as well
