Sensor Gateway Upgrade Script Fails With Error Due to RHEL OS

Issue/Introduction

• When upgrading the sensor gateway using the script it fails with error

  Unsupported OS, please use Ubuntu / Oracle for Sensor gateway

• Docker server is running RHEL

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor Gateway: All Supported Versions
• Operating System: RHEL

Cause

The original version of the upgrade script didn't support RHEL only Ubuntu and Oracle Linux

Resolution

1. Make sure to use the latest version of the Sensor Gateway Upgrade Script which supports RHEL following this process
2. If the latest scripts don't work a version of the 1.2.3 script which supports RHEL is attached to this article
