Issue/Introduction

We are able to add a server in main group in oc.

Group type is dynamic and member type is device but we are not able to add-in same server in Account.

 

Environment

  • DX UIM 23.4 CU2

Cause

  • Origin not selected for Account in the OC interface

Resolution

In the Operator Console UI, the specific data origin was not selected for the specific Account which is why the server was not displayed/reflected in the particular group.
