Management Center fails to establish a connection on port 8082 when deployed in an air-gapped network environment

Issue/Introduction

Management Center is deployed in an air-gapped network. Following the installation, the Management Center GUI is not accessible.

Environment

Air-Gapped Network: An air-gap is a complete separation between a network or computer and any external connections, including the public internet.

Cause

Management Center installation intermittently fails to create an SSL context named "https-console" when installed in an air-gapped network. This issue prevents access to the Management Center GUI.

Resolution

Management Center installation is not supported in an air-gapped network.
