Re-commissioning failed host - gives error when adding it to the cluster: "Allocate ESX host IP Addresses - Failed to allocate IPs from network...."

Issue/Introduction

A host failed and needed to be rebuilt, when trying to add it back to the cluster it failed with the error below.

Message: Failed to allocate IPs from networks with error: .

Remediation Message: Use supported network types for IP allocation to ESXi

Environment

 SDDC Manager 5.2.x

Cause

SDDC Manager shows control character in IP addresses through the AP such as:

     "\n#.#.22.65",

        "#.#.22.66",

In this case a carriage return ( \n ) needs to be removed
