After upgrading the Usage Meter appliance from version 4.x to 9.x, the Usage Meter appears in an error state within the Broadcom Service Portal.

In order to resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Access the Usage Meter UI.
2. Navigate to "Settings".
3. Navigate to "Send Update to Cloud Partner".
4. Click the button "Send update to CPN".
The Usage Meter should then appear as "Healthy" in the Broadcom Service Portal.
