VCF 9.0 deployment failing in the vSAN disks validation

Issue/Introduction

VCF 9.0 deployment with the installer fails with vSAN disks validation error:

SAN partition already exists on ESXi Host <fqdn>
Remediation: Remove the vSAN partition on ESXi Host <fqdn> before proceeding

vSAN cache/capacity disks ratio must be more or equal to 1:7

Environment

VMware SDDC Manager 9.x

Cause

Devices must not be formatted with VMFS or another file system to be eligible for vSAN.

Resolution

To resolve the issue clean the disks from any existing file system and reattempt the workflow.
