What are the capture config command used with Cisco devices and Spectrum Network Configuration Manager (NCM)?

For Cisco devices that are doing Configuration Captures, it may be necessary to know what the commands being sent between Spectrum and the devices are.  

Here is a list of commands:

•    copy ftp://<username>:<password>@<ftp IP Address>/temp.dat.txt flash:
•    sh run
•    copy running-config tftp address

Along with the devices having a read/write string, in order for the capture to be successful these commands need to be allowed.
