To Dos not showing up in To Do Module and a Refresh Issue for the Task Details To Dos sub-Tab

Issue/Introduction

To Dos are not showing up in the To Do Module if tasks are being copied from another custom investment/project in the Tasks Timeline view.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Classic Ppm
2. Navigate Admin -> Objects
3. Create a Custom Investment (Object Extension - Investment Extension)
4. Navigate Admin - Resources - Search for the user and give all the rights related to the above created custom investment (through which you will be accessing custom investment)
5. Login to New UX
6. Navigate Admin -> Blueprints
7. Blueprint will be created with the same name as above created Custom Investment
8. Create a copy of the same blueprint
9. Edit the blueprint and add “To Do” Module
10. Navigate Investment Workspace
11. Click on the investment created above
12. Create a new instance, create few tasks and to dos in it and mark it as Template
13. Create another instance using the New From Template option and use the template created in step 12
14. Navigate to Tasks Timeline View
15. Under Actions -> Click on Copy from “select another custom investment which has tasks and to dos” (same is happening if select Project) -> select the task and add
16. Navigate to To dos Module

Expected Results:  All To Dos, including the one which got copied using 'Copy from...' option in the Tasks Timeline view should show up in the To Do Module.

Actual Results: Only To Dos which got copied through Template are being shown up.

Workaround:  Use Task Module to view the list of To Dos.

Note 1: As part of this defect fix, the below issue is also resolved

Summary: The Task Details 'To Dos' sub-tab is not getting refreshed with the correct list of To Dos when switching between Task rows. 

1. Go to an investment. There needs to be at least two tasks on the investment, each with a different set of To Dos. 
2. In the task grid, click on a row, click on the 'Details' flyout tab and go to the To Do sub-tab.
3. Create a new To Do or view existing list of To Dos.  
4. Click on the next task row. 

Expected Results: The Details To Dos sub-tab should display the correct list for each Task.  

Actual Results: I see the same To Do items when clicking on different Task rows. 

Note 2: Error: API-1005 appearing when changing the view out of the Task Details Fly Out and vavigating between Grid, Timeline, and Board views causes a failure in the To-Do fly-out to load data, accompanied by API-1005 error.

This issue only happens in 16.3.3 Patch #2. It does not occur in Release 16.4.0.
