Issue/Introduction
We are seeing zero values for following metrics for all java applications running in PCF
- CPU:Utilization %(process)
- CPU:Utilization %(system)
How can this info be collected using the Java agent that is instrumented for the application running in PCF?

Cause
It is a known limitation for CPU reporting on the container platforms, for more information refer to Techdocs DX O2 Java Agent section
Enhancement Request #US1045526 has been created to address this limitation in the future. For an update contact Broadcom Support
