Upgrading to TPCF 10.2 shows missing configuration when attempting to Apply Change.

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to upgrade to TPCF 10.2, when trying to run Apply Changes it shows that the tile still needs configuration and won't allow you to proceed. However, when checking the Dashboard, it shows the tile as being configured.

Environment

TPCF 10.2

Cause

This is caused by not having the "Available Stacks" field on the Cloud Controller tab of the TPCF tile is set to cflinuxfs4 only before staging v10.2.0 in the Tanzu Operations Manager UI. This option is removed entirely in TPCF 10.2, so it leads to a configuration mismatch.

Resolution

You will need to perform the following steps to resolve this:

1. Unstage the v10.2.0 version of the tile,
2. Change the "Available Stacks" field on the Cloud Controller tab to cflinuxfs4 only
3. Restage the tile and continue with the upgrade.
