WP 24.x hung with Generating when using German characters and BS2000 U00003515 RT_Content

Issue/Introduction

WP hangs with jobs that run in BS200 Agent remaining in status "Generating" as they use umlauts in the object title and the Process code.

The kind of errors that appear in the related hung WP log are the following:

Additional Information

Workaround: replace the german umlauts by non accented characters in the BS2000 Jobs.
