Unix Agent trace failes with access denied

Issue/Introduction

Activating job-debug=9 trace on Unix Agent fails with:

Unable to execute command 'strace', reason: 13 - Permission denied

Executing command "which strace" on the server results:

$ which strace
/usr/bin/strace no strace

Environment

Version 24.x

Component: Automic Workload Automation

SubComponent: Unix Agent

Cause

Unix minimal server OS usually does not have strace installed by default

Resolution

If strace (or the equivalent tool on other systems)  is not available/installed, trace level 9 should not be used.

Trace level 8 provides the same information as level 9 does but without using strace.
