Explorer for Endevor: e4e.addNewService not found

Issue/Introduction

Can't create a connection to Endevor via Endevor Explorer. Here's a screen shot:

 

Environment

Endevor v19

Explorer for Endevor vscode extension

Cause

Misconfigured ZOWE CLI team configuration file caused issue to activate Explorer for Endevor extension in vscode. 

Resolution

Rename the team configuration file ( to zowe.config.json.bak)  and reload the vscode.

To check if there is any error during the extension activation - click explore for Endevor icon, then go to OUTPUT tab, and select 'Extension Host' from the drop down list from right, here is the sample output shows explorer-for-endevor is activated:

Create the Endevor connection i explorer for Endevor after the extension is activated in vscode.
