Under certain scenarios (multiple clicking) a cost plan can get create/set as plan of record / then the plan of record is removed so there are no cost plans on the investment with the plan of record set.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Use a project that has several team members and allocations.
- Project should cover at least 6 years
- 35 + resources with large allocations
- This will only happen if the cost plan is still populating so it needs to be a plan that will take a little while to populate
.2. Mux Create a cost plan
- Grouping attributes can be resource, transction class, charge code
3. While populating from allocations right click on the cost plan
4 . Make it the Plan of Record then Immediatately right click again while the plan is still populating.
5. Click on the Delete Row while grayed out. This is the important part.
Expected Results: There is a plan of record
Actual Results: No plans have a plan of record
Work Around: Manually add back the Plan of Record

This happens when right clicking on the cost plan and clicking items in the context menu while the plan is still populating.
