Help Text does not immediately display on view page rule if another rule on the page is hiding selected attributes

Issue/Introduction

When two rules on the same blueprint are added and one has Hide Sections and Help Text, and the other Hide Selected Attributes, the Help Text will not display on toggling the attribute

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a new Idea Blueprint
2. Add multiple sections
3. One called “Financial Summary” (example name), add a large table as Help Text
4. Add another section “Parent Info”  down below that would just hold a few fields including OOTB field Parent
5. Fill all the other sections with some random fields
6. Add Idea Type as OOTB Lookup in the very top section that we will use to change the view
7. Create two rules

• • Rule 1 to Hide Sections Financial Summary
  • Rule Type View Page  
  • When Idea Type is Empty – Hide Sections – Financial Benefit Summary

8. Rule 2

• • If Idea Type = Application Change, Hide Attributes
  • Rule Type View Page  
  • When Idea Type is Application Change or Major Project  
  • Hide Attributes – Hide Selected – Parent

9.    Publish the Blueprint
10. Create or assign an idea to this blueprint with Idea Type still set to None
11. Open the Idea
12. Toggle the Idea Type from None to Application Change and scroll down to see the difference 

Expected Results: When “Application Change” is selected, the page to refresh and sections to display accordingly

Actual Results: When “Application Change” is selected, the section Financial Benefit Summary will display a large blank space instead of the table
