SSH Service Disabled After Usage Meter Appliance Restart

Issue/Introduction
When attempting to SSH to the Usage Meter appliance, a "Network error: connection refused" error is encountered. This issue occurs after every appliance restart, including those triggered by cert replacement or upgrades.
Environment
Usage Meter 4.x, VCF Usage Meter 9.x
Cause
The sshd service becomes disabled after each restart of the Usage Meter appliance.
Resolution
To make the SSH service persistent, access the Usage Meter appliance via the web console and execute the following command: systemctl enable sshd
