We are experiencing an issue retrieving delegator information. Users can successfully add a delegate through the Identity Manager; however, when attempting to fetch the user information, we are unable to obtain any details from the %Delegators% attribute, as it always returns null. How can I fix this problem?

The functionality of delegation itself is working as intended, and the customer has no issues with its operation. The concern lies in the fact that the customer is unable to view any data in the user store attributes for the user who initiates the delegation (the delegator).
Please note that when a delegation is created, the %DELEGATORS% attribute is updated only for the delegatee. This attribute remains unchanged—or may not exist at all—for the delegator.
If you would like to notify the delegatee when a delegation is assigned, this can be achieved by configuring a Policy Xpress policy to send an email notification.
